Of the trainings I delivered this year, none resonated more than the one about adjusting to life as a remote worker. Remote work had always been something that I viewed with admiration. As an introvert, I was able to find my flow working remotely as opposed to in the office. But working from home while being restricted from leaving the home was a new phenomena altogether.
Among the many epiphanies around work I experienced this year, the primary was related to routine – establishing one, sticking to it, being flexible with it, and knowing when to revise it.
